Usually not. We connect into what you already run wherever we can, rather than asking you to switch systems.
Is the AI going to replace my office staff?
No. It's built to catch the calls that come in while your crew is on a job, your dispatcher is on another line, or nobody's in the office, not to replace the people who already know your customers. If it's just you, it's the person answering when you can't.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
It never pretends to be a person. If a caller asks, it says plainly that it's an AI assistant, and anything it can't answer confidently gets handed to a person instead of guessed at.

Is there a contract?
No. The monthly fee is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
What's the guarantee?

Can I start with the website and add the AI later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Website Only to the Full System any time for the difference, with no rebuild.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. We build and host it, but your domain and content are yours.
Do you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Our guarantee covers what we deliver, not business results, which depend on your market, pricing, and capacity.
