The Founder
Ryan Twomey founded LeadTide.ai after building it for his own company first. He owns and runs Neat Nest Cleaners, a home services cleaning company, and before that raised capital for multifamily real estate through two syndication companies, TR Capital Partners and Axxis Capital.
Running Neat Nest, he watched the same three leaks cost real money every week: calls that went to voicemail while the team was on jobs, quotes that went quiet because nobody followed up, and happy customers who were never asked for a review. Any owner who works in the field will recognize them. He built the fix for his own company, then started LeadTide to hand the same system to other home service owners without the years it took to build it the first time.
